Yin / Restorative Yoga
This is a practice of discovering ease and deep rest-- physically, emotionally, and mentally. This class is designed to reduce tension caused by everyday stress. A blend of Yin and Restorative yoga poses using blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks to totally support the body, allowing the muscles to fully relax.

Chair Yoga
Just like a regular yoga practice, Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength and body awareness. When standing poses are included in a Chair yoga class, the chair is used to help with and improve balance.
In Chair Yoga, we will focus on feet, legs, and hips; hands, arms and shoulders; as well as spinal mobility and core body strength; all coordinated to purposeful breathing. Chair yoga may also include breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
People of every age, ability, strength, or experience level are welcome in Chair Yoga. This includes those with arthritis, joint replacements, Parkinson’s disease, MS, and a host of other musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardio-respiratory conditions.

A powerful, dynamic and challenging class designed to build strength, core stability and increase range of active motion. Highlighting muscle activation, breathing and balanced muscular engagement, this class blends core-based mat Pilates and Yoga postures for a complete movement and conditioning
workout. It will sculpt, tone and condition both your body and mind.
This class is appropriate for anyone with some basic fitness. Modifications, props and variations are encouraged to support and accommodate individual needs and experience levels. This class may not be a good choice if you are managing or healing from an injury. (Please contact me for a conversation)
